Fullback
Jamie came to Workington from Cumbrian rivals Barrow during the infamous Town Super League season of 1996. At that time he was a raw youngster who had starred so well for the Furness outfits academy side. He was quick to win over the Town fans with some quality fullback play. In particular his ability to run the ball out of defence.

He left Town after a couple of excellent seasons at Derwent Park, linking up with Hull FC, then back to home town club Barrow, before rejoining Workington this season.
