The Legends evening was held by the club on Wednesday 24th November, where some of the greatest names from throughout the 55-Year history Of Workington Town were honoured.
Players form five different decades were at Derwent Park after being selected by the fans, who had voted for their favourite Town Legends.
MC for the evening was the well-known journalist John Walsh who had worked with Mike Cunningham and Pro-Cam owner Peter Hoskin to produce a video showing the high points of Town's 55-year history throughout each of the 5 decades.
The awards were presented to the Town Legends selected, by the current Town Chairman Geoff Tubman.
John Risman and Billy Ivison junior accepted awards on behalf of their late fathers, Gus Risman and Billy Ivison.
Johnny Lawrenson travelled from his home in Wigan to accept his award.
Several members of the Lancashire Cup winning team from 1977 were honoured as well as members of the last great side in the nineties.
Amongst those players who had been honoured, but were unable to attend the evening were Paul Charlton, Ian McCorquodale and James Pickering.
